I have the original disk and on the back of the sleeve the product key. When I try to down load the software I am getting an error stating "The installation failed. The installer could not install the software because there was not software found to install.

I am not sure what exactly this means since the disk is in the drive Any idea how I can get this program onto my new Mac? That message suggests that what you have may be an Upgrade package.
