Frank i said all of that already. I already bought multiple copies please read before replying. That link is where i bought it and it's not the msi version. It's only the click to run version. I don't understand why this is so hard for you to answer. It's a easy request. You can find the information here:. Even though the versions have the same name, they use different installation technologies. All of our products that we own is MSI.
Since no where in the retail box says it's a click to run or an MSI version. I'm returning all the Visio copies that i ordered for the company and moving forward we will not be using visio since how it's sold is a bait and switch.
Agreed, I will find an alternative to Microsoft also, as I have the same issue. I am annoyed because I would not have purchased this in the first place, if I had known they were not compatible.
