Hi Ken Yes, you can use an OEM licence to correctly activate Windows 10, however, the licence agreement on an OEM licence indicates you can install that licence, but you must then sell that PC on a System Builder , that is the official rules.
You mention a C Drive and a D Drive, please explain that further, was Windows 10 previously installed on that PC or was that an earlier version of Windows? How satisfied are you with this reply? You can reinstall Windows 10 at any time, you will not need a product key,activation will be automatic and it will not cost you anything!
