Wait for the restore process to complete. After confirming that you want to restore, the computer will reboot and the restore process will begin. This will likely take a few minutes. Ditto Kid. After a failed attempt to install a bug free Windows 10, I reverted to Windows 7, but now my computer won't start, start up repair doesn't work, system restore also doesn't work, the computer loads the automatic repair page each time I try to start it normally, after it shows a blue screen telling me about a hardware change that is preventing my computer from starting.
The only unusual thing I had connected to the computer during the installation and reverting process was my Bluetooth speaker which I have since disconnected. It also won't start in Safe Mode with Networking.
