Here is what I suggest you do, upgrade to Windows 10 Enterprise buildthen check if its available. We are not dealing about a generic enterprise build but with the LTSB released a little more than 9 months ago, i.
Here we have an official Microsoft x86 installer that has been accepted in a x64 OS while the proper x64 installer refused to work.
Then there are two identical updates with the same KB. And the November and March are both with the same release '1. Then there is a KB that is detected as KB and two Media Player apparently windows 10 enterprise 2016 ltsb media feature pack free download installations that do not provide any Media Player with optionalfeatures.
All this is clearly documented in this thread.
