Creative Workshops | Just the beginning | 2018

In 2018, Future Foundations had the opportunity to partner with Interfaith Childhoods, a research group from RMIT that explores the themes of belonging, identity and religion, and creates the stories and experiences that surround how we feel that we belong and what we are.

Together with our program, the mentees were given creative freedom to make artworks while reflecting on their community, with the help of our mentors who support the young people’s involvement and interacted with them. This helped them critically engage with the young person’s work and use that as a means to support their creativity within our program.
